One Day To Late

Make it count!

Happy St. Nicholas day everyone! Hope this Monday and holiday finds you well at work, school, or home with your family.

Around this time of year, I usually feel like the clock just goes through hyper drive. Never have enough time to get all my work, shopping, and family time done. Hard to stop and enjoy some down time with all that goes on with the holiday. Truly there is no way I am the only one that feels this.

This is a great thing for the most part. Busy equals good, means you are having a great time and making money in the process.  The issue is making the time productive and work for you.

In our lives we have to balance, work, family, and friends. Sometimes people are forgotten about in your life and you move on. To me, this is a little unfair and selfish.  This goes not just towards your friends, but your family members. Many time I see parents, siblings, and cousin ignore their own family members, because they got so much on their plate.

Believe me, I am guilty of forgetting friends at times and family members. Sometimes we really need to stop ourselves from our busy lives and reach out to them. You never know if tomorrow is too late to call, e-mail, or text a simple message.

Our time here is so short and it’s the impact we make on our friends and family that make our time worth wild.  In a world where communication is very easy to work with, why are some of us still forgetting friends and family. Once a day, reach out to a friend or family member you haven’t in a while. Never know what could happen with that simple form of communication. It may even be something you never see, but you may make someone’s day by saying. “Hey buddy, just thinking of you and hope the day is well.” Something that small is giant in someone’s world.

Reaching out is key in this Savage World. If you don’t have friends and family, you won’t live in this world. Time to take the step in this Savage World, that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
