Being You

You should

Many times people complain how they wish they were someone else. How they are tired of what they don’t have and how crappy their life is. If you are one of these people, I hate to tell you, but you’re not alone.  Everyone goes through this from time to time.

At times we just hate ourselves and get depressed with everything around us. This is something you really shouldn’t do. Need to stop looking at the grass being greener or other people’s successes. It’s a new year and that means time to focus on yourself.

Yes your one friend may seem miles ahead of you and you are sitting there treading water. You hate what you have and want to be better. This hate and anger is building up, as you begin to sink further into a downward spiral.

People notice this hate, anger, and depression no matter how hard you hide it. The thing to do is break out of it. Notice what you have and embrace it. Make the changes you need to do and become something better. Don’t do this for anyone else but yourself. Build yourself up and learn to love yourself. Don’t look for others approval, look for your own. Only way to truly be a success.

Being you is a great step into this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
