The Changing of the Tide

Just like the tide it changes.

Ever sit on the beach and watch the tide change? Bringing new fish, shells, etc. to the shore. Beautiful how the changing of the tide brings so many changes, even if your eyes can’t see it.

In essence this is your life every day a new tide comes into your world. You may not see it, but everyday is a new tide coming to your shore.

Every new tide brings you new feelings, friends, challenges, successes, failures, etc. Watch out for the riptide and undertow that come with the new tide. Some of the things that flow to your shore maybe bad. They can pull you under and drag you away. Don’t let this happen when the riptide and undertow attack.

The tide comes in fast and hits you with some big waves. Every wave hitting you with good news and bad news.  Don’t brace yourself for every new wave for you don’t know what is coming. The waves could be good or bad, just no way to prepare for them. Even if you see them coming, you really can’t determine how big the wave will be when it reaches you.

Sit down on the beach, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the changing of the tide. Take it in every single day.  Stand up sometimes, throw your hands back, face the wave and embrace the hit as it comes in!

Enjoying the tide is a way to survive in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
