Working as a Unit

The unit is better than the one!

There is no escaping working with a team in some point of your life. The loner is something that is becoming something of the past. Yes, I know there are people around wanting to do things all by themselves with zero help.

Think about your time in school from grade school on. How many times are you suppose to get into groups and work together? Then there is your sports team, you may have played on as a kid or even later on in life. Still all that is team work that  focuses on reaching their goals.

In the office and family life you are still working as a team to meet the goals. With your family you are working on making things right and ensuring survival for all your kin. In the office, you are focus on making team goals, sales, and ensuring your job or business (if you are the owner).

The loners out there need to drop the romantic idea of being the outside loner who can do it all themselves. This only gets you so far in  life and it becomes lonely in the end. Besides why work alone, when you can learn about others and grow a network.

Even if you run your own business and you work alone. You can’t be a loner then, because you need clients or need to work with vendors. Continue reaching out and working with them as a unit to ensure the best service.

In closing, it’s best to work together. You can’t escape no matter what you do. Work as a team in all you do and learn how to embrace. Trust me, it will work out in the end.

Being part of teams is key to survival in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
