Be Kind

Do what the Bees say

Like that old movie rental store saying, “Be Kind and please rewind.”  If you break that down, it was such an easy task. Rewind the movie when you are done watching for the next family to rent it.  Seriously, how many times when you were a child did you rent a movie and it wasn’t nicely rewound? Didn’t it just bug you that it wasn’t rewound and ready to go?

It’s the small things we talked about a few weeks back. When you do the small things for someone you know or don’t know truly goes a long way. Truly this makes you a better person and not some jerk on the street. It’s harder to be nice now-a-days it seems, everyone is in a rush and more concerned with what they have to do then others.

You can’t help every single person, but you can stop and do small things here and there. Something as little as holding a door open for a person as you are leaving the store is huge. You never know who you are walking by and how their day has been. Something small as opening the door or saying hi could change their whole attitude.

Why be mean or insensitive towards a stranger or people you care for. Being friendly and positive to others is a great way to move the message around the world. No matter how horrible your day is or year is, doesn’t give you the right to be a jerk towards someone. Just open your heart and remember to smile and be happy towards others.

Some of you may say that sounds like placing a fake smile on and being fake nice.  Honestly if you truly just do it because you mean it and want to do, it’s not fake. Why, be hateful all the time because you have a bad day or year? You can still be a positive person and make small difference for others, by just being happy no matter how cold the world is.

Stay happy and be kind to others is great in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
