Fighting the Nodding at 2:00 PM

Comfy...

How many times a week does 2:00 PM roll around and your eye lids become super heavy at work? Probably three to four days a week, right? It’s annoying, because you’re trying to get your work down for the day and get out at 5:00 or 6:00 PM to get home.

How do you beat this? How can you keep yourself awake for the whole day and not fade or crash at that time frame anymore? It’s a hard question to answer and maybe this little article can help.

Ever find yourself watching an ad on TV about that five-hour energy stuff? They go on about soda, energy drinks, and coffee? Well it does work and can be helpful around that time frame. Do I suggest this method, not really just isn’t 100% healthy for you and probably use this as a last resort. Plus the cost of this small drink doesn’t add up to the help you need.

Soda, energy drink, and coffee isn’t a bad idea for your budget. It helps give you that little boost needed to get through the end of the day. Also they taste better than the five-hour drink. negative they aren’t really healthy for you.

One good thing to have that is healthy and provides a punch of energy. That is vitamins, for example I take a man’s multi vitamin around noon everyday to help keep me awake. This helps your system move and groove to keep it active, strong, and alert.

To add-on to the vitamin is to do a small workout to kick-start your body. Could be fifteen jumping jacks, ten push ups, fifty crunches, etc. Whatever works your fancy, but every time you start feeling drained just do a quick thirty to sixty-second workout!

In recap, try to skip the five-hour energy drinks and if possible skip the soda and coffee.  Try to keep vitamins handy and do a quick little work out. This will help keep you fit, alert, awake, and ready to finish the day strong!

Beating the 2:00 PM snooze is helpful in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!!
