Hard Work Pays Off

The Challenge

Throughout our life we are going to face hard challenges.  No matter who you are, you will face hard roads throughout your life.

The other day, I was speaking with a friend who is currently working full-time and going back for his masters full-time. Needless to say, he doesn’t have much time for friends and a social life. This brought up a thought pattern of how hard some of us truly work. In time, this full-time worker/student will land a better job and have more free time with spending cash. The year or two of hard work will truly pay off.

If you are running your own business and just feel like you are always working, it will pay off in the end. As long as you keep pushing the hours, hard work, and continue to push through the rain the result will show.

Same thing for everyone that works for someone. Notice the harder workers get more exceptions and the better promotions? The reason being is their hard work and sacrifice. Yes, at times the brown nosers will get that raise and promotion first.  The question is, how long will they last a position they aren’t qualified for? Answer maybe a year or two, but soon they will be the first to be cut and you in turn moving up to where you need to be.

All your hard work will pay off in the end. Usually it won’t be the result you want at first. As time moves on you will see experience and placement of where you want to be right in front of you. Just remember the trick of working hard and well with others. Time will grant you want you need in time.

Working hard is very key in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to own!
