Celebrating Milestones

Every once in a while we reach a point that we really wanted to hit at some time. For example yesterday we hit 1,500 viewers of the blog on the day the blog hit 100 post. That’s right today marks over 100 little articles from yours truly.  Hitting 100 post is just an amazing thing for myself to hit and personally, I am doing my own little happy dance over here.

It might sound silly to some about enjoying my little victory, but really it’s what we need to do to survive. Think about it, how many times do we do something that may seem small to someone else, but to us it’s giant! We are so happy with the work that we accomplished that we wanna do a happy dance!

It’s okay to get excited and celebrate your milestones! Hopefully you will have a friend, loved one, coworker, etc. who will be there to join in the happy dance. In fact, if someone you know or work with has a milestone they want to celebrate, you need to celebrate with them. If you join in with them, then when you hit a milestone they can join in your happy dance.

Just remember to enjoy the great moments in life! There is so many negative news and people in the world, that you need to enjoy the moments when you do something big.  This helps you become that more positive force most of us strive for.

Stand up sometime today when you hit your goal on the day!  Stand up tall, do a little dance, and enjoy the moment!  Do a knuckle bump, high-five, shoulder bump, or whatever you do to celebrate a big sale, report getting done, or helping your company bringing in some overdue payments.

Celebrating the milestones is giant in this Savage World; that you are no longer living in, but beginning to live in!
