Start Your Engines

Vroom Vroom

Wake up everyone its morning time and it’s time to start your engines!!! Even if you are reading this at 2:00 PM or 10:00 PM, it’s time to kick-start your day and life. You ever notice how we drag in the morning and just can’t get going till about 10:00 AM at the job? Well it’s time to change that and now time to get moving faster. How do we do this you ask? Hmm, good question, lets find out.

For starters, wake up early and I don’t care if you love the snooze button, that extra ten minutes turns into 30-60 minutes and then you aren’t fully prepared for the day. Instead get up 30-60 minutes earlier then you do now. Allow yourself to eat breakfast, shower, work out maybe, etc. Get your body and mind ready for the day, don’t just run around like a chicken with its head cut off. I done this way to much and still do it at time. Though, it’s just not healthy for your mind and body to do this all the time.

If you lack during the day and you start to fade, grab some coffee it’s okay to do that. Don’t grab an energy drink that is way worse for you and could cause more harm to you in the long run. The most healthy choice is to do some exercises like jumping jacks, running your office steps, push ups, etc. Something to get your body awake and pumped for the day. It maybe a hard task, but you can do it.

In the end it’s all about keeping your body ready for the day and not slacking off. Yes it’s hard to get up earlier, yes it’s hard to wake yourself up during the day, but you know if it was easy, you would complain about it being to easy. It’s time to tackle the hard stuff today, wake up and get ready for the day head on. Once you do it for a while it becomes easier and you will thank me then.

Getting ready early is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
