The Weight of Pressure

Can you feel it?

Pressure can be a heavy burden for most if not all of us to carry. At times in our lives we get slammed with the weight of what needs to be done and how we have to get it done. Pressure can come in the form of your family needs, work needs, friend needs, etc. It’s how we respond to the pressure that makes us who we are.

One thing I can state from experience is pressure is heavy and just hard to shake. Many times I find myself weighed down by the pressure in my life, because I do take everything that I do head on. When you give it your all 24 hours a day, seven days a week that tends to help bring in the pressure.

Pressure is hard and we need to focus on how to relieve that pressure in our lives. For me, I need to learn how to focus on taking a step back and enjoying my time that I have off, like vacations or the weekend. The key thing is me time, even if it’s for only 20 minutes a day, that little bit helps recharge our battery to get back in gear.

Relaxing and taking a break from the world is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
