Working As an Unit

There it is!!

Teamwork, what is truly better than teamwork? Yes, working alone is nice and you get a lot done without someone coming in with other ideas or talking with you about things off topic. Though teamwork if used correctly is a very amazing tool. Picture this, you have a great partner and a big challenge ahead of you.  Soon, you will see things becoming easier and done a lot faster, because you have someone to work with.

Working by yourself can seem like a great idea, but when you sit down and look at the task at hand you can get overwhelmed. Being overwhelmed doesn’t help you get done any quicker, it actually hurts your production level. Sounds silly right? Well here is why working solo can hurt.

Number one reason why being overwhelmed from working solo can hurt. That is the fact you just start to get sad and depressed, because there is so much piling up that you just can’t seem to get your head above water. You want everything to be done, but just can’t do it all yourself and stay with your head above water because more files are coming in.

The second reason is you can sometimes get stuck and not know where to go. Here is when having some help will come in handy. At least one more set of eyes can help pin point something you don’t see or vice versa. It’s just a fail safe to help you talk through a puzzle you can’t seem to find the right piece for.

Working with the wrong partner can hurt too, that is why you need to make sure it is the right one. If you are forced to work with someone you can’t work with then you need to find the best way to make it work. That will go for both ends of the issue and probably would be best to talk before the project takes flight.

There are many different ways to go about working together and why it is a plus. Just remember two sets of eyes better than one, work well together, and don’t get over whelmed.

Working as a unit is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
