The Morning Sun

Everyday we wake up and it can be one of two things, sunny or overcast/rain.Wait, I am not talking about how it looks outside, I am talking about how it looks in your head. Most of you probably aren’t like me, an insane morning person. Today, lets not say you need to be a morning person, just a little more prepared for the morning.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Also would like to add that waking up happy is the most important thing of the day. Why do you ask? Look at this way, more times that you wake up happy and excited for the day, the more likely it will turn out great. The opposite is if you wake up sad, mad, or just in a bad mood, chances are it’s going to continue the rest of the day.

Here’s what I do in the morning to wake up. I roll out of bed with a happy thought of something good that will happen today. Then I hop in the shower to get the clean feeling and singing some happy song to the world. Afterwards I walk the dogs around the block to get my energy flowing. Followed by a quick bit to eat as I am driving to work while listening to happy feel good music.

Usually, all those things combined make the start of my day amazing!! This usually continues for the rest of the day. Good things just happen when you’re happy, you seem to be okay with a few issues here and there. Come to the conclusion it’s just life and not to be so upset.

Remember morning is your friend, not your enemy. Every day is a true gift, treat it like one!

Enjoying the morning is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
