Giving Monday a High Five!

LOVE IT!!!

First off, let me say Happy Monday readers!!  Don’t know how the weather is on your side of the world, but over here it’s a little rainy. People may look outside around here and go yuck, but I am cheering on the day and week. This is just a great kick-start to the week and I am going to tell you how I do it.

Monday morning, people hate, I know even if I don’t, it’s true Monday is the poor day that everyone seems to hate. Honestly, if you are one of those people we need to change it and make it work better for you.

If you truly want to change and get the most of your week, it’s time to get the great positive foot out of bed on Monday. Wake up, stretch, yawn, and give Monday a GIANT high-five! Remember this is your day to get the whole work/school week on track! You ready to have a good week? Then smile big and get ready for an awesome day.

Things to do to help get ready in Monday. Step one, get up early to work out, pack your lunch, walk the dogs, shower, do some yoga, etc. Step two get motivated to actually move your body. Stimulate your body to actually get ready for the day. Step three when you show up to work or class, just keep going with great thoughts, even if someone cuts you off or your boss is mad. Let everything slide off your back like water.

Cheer on the Monday and in fact cheer on every day. Yea times will be rough, but remember Mondays are going to get you ready for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday! Don’t let Monday haters bring you down, instead pick them up with your love for the day!

Please share with us what you do on  a Monday to get ready for the day in the comments.

Giving Monday a high-five is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
