Team Work is Needed

Be a Champion!

Every day we go through life needing just a little help. In family, friends, and work, we need help, there is just no escaping this. Time and time again this topic is brought up to me and how to address it to everyone who reads this blog. People need this type of help in the world and they truly can’t do it alone.

Think of it this way, you have a giant task in front of you like some major client work or cleaning the whole house.  This can overwhelm a person, as in the task start piling up in their head and at their desk. Followed by stress of not getting it done and the new stuff piling on the desk. It’s like getting through one giant stack only to see a bigger one on the rise, etc, etc.

This is when we need to step in and at least offer our help, sometimes they won’t accept your help, which you need to respect. Other times, they will be so happy that they could hug you. By helping them you allow them to get through the task faster with a better outcome.

It’s all about team work and working as a unit, if you don’t work as a unit but on the same team, bad things can come if there isn’t a helping hand. Negative feelings could fester, anger can build in that person, and their could be a giant argument on the rise. You could lose a very key friend or co-worker by allowing them to handle it all alone, because your task are just to important.

Another reason to work together, is to have that help when you need it. Have that person in your back pocket, because you worked together so well. This way you build that team aspect and dropping the I.

This comes down to the question how do teams win the World Series, Superbowl, etc? By working as a unit, it doesn’t matter if they are highest paid and best players of all time, if they don’t work well together then they will fail. If they work well together, have the chemistry, and know how to pick each other up, then you have a championship ring.

Working as a team is very key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
