WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!!!!!

Raise of hands, who always feels sluggish in the morning? Ever wonder why that is? Ever wanted to break out of that tired mold in the morning? Have you ever just needed that get up and go power for those long days? Kind of hard when you think about it, right? Well maybe today we can make it easier…Just wait, one second please, I need my second cup of my morning coffee…………………

Ahhh much better, sorry about that everyone, but man I need that some mornings. Don’t you? Hey, you over there with the five-hour energy drink thing put that down, that’s not healthy. Believe it or not my small cup of coffee is better for me then that sugar packed energy drink. Why, why do you look at me like this is a lie? Anyways, back on the topic, how do we wake up in the morning or get ready for the day ahead? Well another trick is going to bed earlier, don’t go to sleep at midnight to wake up at five or six am. Yes, you did that in college, but that was a different time and you had energy drinks or a Starbucks next door, right. No, it’s time to go to sleep a little earlier and help rest the body. That means turn off the TV and get ready for bed.

While getting ready for bed you can also get ready for the day tomorrow. Everything you need for work, class, etc. you should get out and ready. For example, make your lunch, pack your bags with what you need, and get your outfit out and ready. This will cut off time in the morning and relieve your stress a little.  Less stress means more awake.

Finally when you wake up what can you do to help kick-start everything. Well get up earlier first off to do a few things. One is do a thirty minute workout, followed with a shower, and then some breakfast to get everything moving. This way you can be healthy, clean, and ready for the day.

Try these things and see what happens to your morning and the day. You will see a giant difference. Try it and let us know how it is.
