The Pot of Gold

Rain, Rain, go away come again another day, everybody’s waiting for the sun! Well at least that’s how it feels here in Lexington, KY. Seems like the ark should be formed and we should float away onto a new world. The great thing about rain is the rainbow waiting at the end of the storm. Today, I was dropping my car off at the service place. Getting out of my car, there was this beautiful brilliant color rainbow in front of me. Made all the rain in the past few days worth it.

Just like in life, your days can be horrible with no sun in sight. Then it happens, that one moment, the sun appears out of the clouds for you to see that tiny or large rainbow. Means good things are coming to you, no matter what you think and how bad it looks. There is always a rainbow waiting to come out for you and lead you to the pot gold that seems lost.

Why waste your time upset about the rain and focusing on the rain drops. Who cares if you don’t have the cash? Who cares if you aren’t where you want to be in life yet? Is it really that bad, that you don’t have a million dollars or super successful? No it doesn’t matter, but what does matter is what you are doing about it. You can go into the corner and ball up to cry in your knees or you can stand up tall, look up towards the sky, wipe the tears/rain away from your face, and take on your storm.

No matter who you are, there will be doubt, hate, fear, etc. It’s how we handle it that defines us. The rainbow is there and you may have to fight through the rain, snow, sleet, hail, and ice. Don’t give in, fight through it because that rainbow will lead you to the pot of gold you have been looking for. Just hold tight and muscle through it.

Taking your time to find your gold is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
