Everyone is Watching!
A smile is sometimes hard to find these days. Usually people just walk around town and work with a serious look on their face. The question from the Joker is, “Why so serious?” Think about it for a second, how much of the day to you spend smiling? Yea didn’t think it was a lot either.
Now when we talk about smiling, we mean the real deal, not this fake smile. Trust me people know when it’s a real smile or not. Hint, check the eye crinkle, they are the key to a smile. When someone is generally happy it shows over their entire face, when they aren’t really happy and trying to fake it everyone knows.
You’re probably wondering, how do I smile if I am not happy so it can be real? Here’s the trick, just be happy, let go of the drama of the day. Think of the positive stuff that is happening around you. Can’t think of anything? Well make up something good that you want to happen today and make it happen.
Now try walking around town with a real smile on your face. Watch the reactions of people you walk by or the customer service rep at the post office when you walk in with a smile. Just makes you seem more approachable and friendly. People will want to talk with you more, because you seem like a nice person. These leads to more smiles for you and easier to smile overall.
Life is too short to be mad, sad, and upset with how everything is. Make what you want out of your life and do it with an amazing attitude. Things are amazing, even if you don’t see the sun yet, trust me it’s there. Smile and stop being so serious.
Smiling is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
