Kicking off a New Month

And it begins!

Happy February first everyone!! It’s a new month, the Superbowl is this weekend, and it’s time to kick off the second month of the year! So, what to do when a new month arrives? Do you just treat it like every other day or do you make something big happen? You know what? You do both!

A new month is like a new beginning to kick it off right.  To get a head each month, you need to start it off right. Make a list of things you want to do by the end of the month, kind of like the daily to do list or weekly to do list, but instead a monthly one. For example by the end of the month I want to have my garage cleaned, hire an employee, and get my carpets cleaned. (just an example, my list is way bigger)

To get this list started and done, you need to start making a plan of what to do and how to do it. You got part one down when you make the list, then start working towards them. Start thinking about your goals, discussing how you are going to make them and go for it!

After you start working towards you will see a lot more things happen as you go about this month. More choices and things will be added to your list, but it will be for the better. Each and every day you improve, all you have to do is just kick-start it today! Stand up, say it’s going to be an amazing month! Say no to drama (yes turn off Facebook if there is some there), go out do something amazing. Say this is the month that it turns everything around for the best, don’t let the negative people bring you down!

Today, go out and enjoy it! Get ready for an amazing month and start focusing on the good stuff. Your boss bringing you down, well tell them to stop! Friends bring you down, tell them to stop. Family bringing you down, again tell them to stop it! Stand up and say no more, I am going to be a positive force from now on!

Kicking starting your month is key in this Savage World; that you are no longer just living in, but beginning to own!
